in 2021, we secured a site of approximately 9,300m2 fronting Eighteenth Street, Para Street and Railway Terrace Renmark immediately adjacent the Renmark Paringa Council Chambers / Civic Centre. The project received planning approval and land division approval in early 2022 for the following uses / components:

On sold and settled as a vacant allotment to a 3rd party owner / operator allied health group. Construction commencement forecast early 2023. The centre is to be owned by local service provider Thrive Health who have an existing presence in the Riverland and Port Pirie together with significant growth plans.

On sold and settled as a vacant allotment to a related Evergreen incorporated entity to build and own the childcare centre. The childcare site is pre – leased to an established childcare operator. Construction contract signed with building works now commenced.
